- From when ordering, how long does it usually take for my blinds to be fitted?
Depending on which type of blind you order, our blinds can take anything between one week and four weeks to manufacture and fit. This varies at different times of the year as demand changes. We can deliver your blinds from stock within one week, or if them are not in stock they may take 3-4 weeks to deliver, again this may vary.
-When someone comes to measure will they give me a quote and show me samples?
Our fitters will certainly be happy to chat through your options and give you prices on whatever blinds you require.
-Do you have payment plans?

-Does somebody need to be in the house the same time as the blinds are being fitted?
If you're not able to be there yourself, having a friend, neighbour or relative be there over the age of 18 is fine as long as they can pay the balance on their behalf.
-What happens if something goes wrong?
We take customer care very seriously, If a situation happens that you're not happy with that situation will be taken seriously. We have a system in place to ensure that any problem is rectified with the minimum of fuss.
-Do you fit blinds in commercial residences?
Yes, we supply and fit all types of blinds in offices, factories, showrooms, hospitals, surgeries, schools and public buildings. Contact us for more information on this.
-Can I order replacement slats for my vertical blinds?
Yes you can, we have a large selection of 89mm vertical blind slats including blackout and fire retardant options, We offer new weights and chains with all our replacement blind slats or as a no cost option we offer pet friendly weights.Â
